Fill in your first and last name, telephone number, date of birth, and HN Number (which will appear on the appointment card).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How are accumulated points different from remaining points?

Accumulated points are the total points received in a year without decreasing even if points are redeemed.
Remaining points are the points remaining after redeeming the privilege.

How much service do I need to upgrade my membership level?

Membership level promotion depends on accumulated points over a period of 1 year, such as:
Silver: 20,000 points
Gold: 50,000 points
Diamond: 100,000 points

If I don't have enough points, will I still receive the same level of privileges?

The system will calculate accumulated points for the past year. If accumulated points decrease, the membership level may be adjusted according to the conditions.

How long does it take to redeem points for coupons?

Points can be redeemed instantly via LINE, and coupons can be used immediately. Please check the expiration date of each coupon.

When do points expire?

Accumulated points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning and will expire at the end of the following year. For example, points earned in January 2024 will expire in January 2025.

Can I transfer points to my friends?

Accumulated points cannot be transferred to others. The rights can only be used by the member account holder.

Is there a membership fee?

Pure Member registration is free of charge. You can register for free via LINE Official.

Can points be used in conjunction with other promotions?

You can use points in conjunction with other promotions, but it must comply with the terms and conditions of that promotion. Some promotions may not allow you to use points as an additional discount.

If I don't use LINE, can I still collect points?

You can apply for a Pure Card membership instead, which is suitable for those who are not comfortable using LINE. However, Pure Card only has Gold and Diamond membership levels, and it is an annual subscription. For more information and conditions, please ask the clinic staff.

Terms and Conditions

The clinic reserves the right to issue PURE GOLD and PURE DIAMOND appointment cards to service recipients until cards run out. • PURE GOLD and PURE DIAMOND appointment cards cannot be used as confirmation of Pure Member membership. • Members must show their status screen via the member screen on Line Official Account every time to receive special privileges. • Discount vouchers cannot be used together. • Vouchers received from membership cannot be accumulated, exchanged for cash or used together with other discounts. • Special privileges are only for individual members. They cannot be transferred or given to another person. • The clinic reserves the right to change the special privileges, coupon conditions, or spending conditions as appropriate without prior notice. • The clinic reserves the right to suspend point granting in the event that a service recipient blocks contact with the clinic on the Line Official Account system and reserves the right to suspend membership if it is used for purposes other than the intended purpose. • In the event of any dispute, the clinic’s decision is final.
